ACT Out East presents 'Beauty and The Beast' this weekend, a classic story of a prince transformed into a beast who is only returned to normal by the selfless love of the beauty, Belle.

There was a full house on Friday night as the lights dimmed at the opening performance. About 150 people came out to see the show and enjoy the performance and support the young actors and actresses.

The performers put on a brilliant show. It is truly a little gem of a show in a small town theater.  The production, sound, stage work, musical numbers and costumes all captivated the audience.

ACT Out East is a training program for children and young adults that educates not only in stage performance, but the audition process and casting as well.
