Cops: Man Used Government Credit Card at Wal-Mart, K-Mart

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Police are seeking man for identity theft.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Police are looking for a man they say used a U.S. government credit card in early December to make over $2,750 in purchases at Wal-Mart and K-Mart on Route 58.

Police sent out the attached photos of him, which were taken on Dec. 6 around 1 p.m. with a Wal-Mart surveillance camera. He is wanted on identity theft charges.

Police are asking anybody with information about the subject to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential, and a cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered to information that leads to an arrest.
