— Today will bring sunny skies. Weather.com predicts temps will reach 80 degrees with a 0 percent chance of rain.
— It's Oktoberfest at The Riverhead project tonight beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a German-inspired menu and brew. $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
— A new law now makes it possible for farm stands to sell wine. Find out more here.
— The Riverhead Town farmland committee will meet at 7:00 a.m.
— Head over to purchase a pink ribbon bagel, which are now on sale at Panera Bread. A portion of the proceeds from pink bagel sales will go to local breast cancer support, research and education.
