— Partly cloudy skies are expected, with a high of 69 degrees.

— Two candidates running for the Riverhead Town Supervisor's seat will discuss environmental issues in a voter education forum at Digger's. The event, which takes place on Main Street in Riverhead tonight, starts at 6:30 p.m.Incumbent Sean Walter and candidate Angela DeVito will both have a chance to weigh in and explain where they stand on the issues.

— Mark your calendar: Farmers are invited to attend the Long Island Farm Bureau's Annual Meeting on Oct. 28 at Stonewalls. Call for reservations 631-727-3777.
