The Long Island Wine Council Provides New Avenue of Promotion for Local Non-Profits

The Long Island Wine Council’s refreshed website currently offers a new feature for promoting community events.

Member wineries and affiliated businesses have already seen significant increases in traffic from the new site and Smartphone app, both of which serve as important information hubs for both residents and tourists. The Wine Council website receives up to 100,000 visits per month during peak tourism season, and there are currently nearly 24,000 users of its free Smartphone App.

Local non-profits and charities are now welcome to use these very effective marketing tools to promote their fundraising events at no cost.

Any 501(c)3 associations interested in having their events appear should email a description to info@liwines.com, including the organization’s name, contact details, the event date, time and ticket purchase information.

Lisa - is there any way to post on the main page? That would be a big help. Thank you.
