Don't Miss: 'Italian Valentine' Benefit to Help Riverhead 'Move the Animal Shelter'
The event will raise funds to help construct the new municipal animal shelter and build additional dog parks.
Celebrate Valentine's Day by giving some love to the animals of Riverhead Town.
Denise Lucas announced "Italian Valentines," A Dinner Dance Party to benefit Riverhead MTAS “Move the Animal Shelter”.
The event will be held at the Birchwood on Pulaski Street in Polish Town on Saturday, Feb. 15 from 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
The event costs $22 and includes a complete Italian dinner buffet, dessert, dancing, a cash bar, and dancing.
Music will be provided by Digital Mix DJ Entertainment, and will be a mix of Italian and dance party selections.
Tickets will be sold in advance; guests can purchase on the website or by mail. Tables for eight or more can be reserved. To reserve by phone, call 516-768-7467; leave a message and call-back number. To pay by mail, send payment to Riverhead MTAS Inc., P.O. Box 635, Riverhead, NY, 11901. To pay with a credit card or Paypal, use the green donation link on the RMTAS website to purchase tickets; write "Valentines Party" in the memo and include how many people will be attending. Make checks payable to Riverhead MTAS, Inc.
Funds raised will be used to help the town build a new municipal animal shelter and to create additional dog parks.
