- Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Open House and Blood Drive, rescheduled for Sept. 17
- Riverhead Railroad Festival, cancelled
- Riverhead Country Slam, postponed
- Movies on the Beach, cancelled
- Indian Island County Park Campground, closed
- Riverhead Free Library, closed
- Tanger Outlet Center, closed after 3 p.m.
