Saturday dawned with sunny skies and beautiful temperatures as hundreds flocked to Enterprise Park at Calverton to participate in the 2013 Long Island New York Adventure Run, hosted by Riverhead Adventures LLC.
The 5K to 10K event kicks off at 9 a.m.
Obstacles include water, slime, dirt, foam, soap, shampoo, and shrink wrap.
