What Time Do Stores Close on Christmas Eve?
Here's a guide to what time stores shut down for the holiday.
The clock is ticking until Santa comes, and frantic consumers are out and about on Christmas Eve in a mad rush of last minute shopping to fill those stockings and stock up the pantry for a holiday dinner.
Here's a guide to what time stores close on Christmas Eve around Riverhead and the North Fork:
Tanger: The outlets are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Target: Target will be open until 10 p.m. and closed on Christmas and will open again on Thursday at 7 a.m until 10 p.m.
Walmart: The store will be open until 8 p.m.
KMart: The store will be open until 10 p.m. and closed on Christmas.
King Kullen: Locations in Riverhead and Cutchogue are open until 7 p.m. and closed on Christmas.
Waldbaums: The store will be open until 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day.
Stop & Shop: The supermarket will be open until 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas.
The Blue Duck Bakery is open on Christmas Eve until 4 p.m. at Southold, Riverhead, and Greenport locations. The bakeries will be closed on Christmas Day.
