ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR.

WE TELL THE STORY"

From Our Island To The East End Of Long Island

The Riverhead Faculty and Community Theatre is
proud to present an all junior cast in their summer musical, “Once On This Island Jr".  The show, which takes place on a Caribbean Island divided by social prejudice, features a calypso-flavored score, lively
choreography, and outstandingly brilliant costumes incorporating the rich and colorful island traditions. "Once On This Island Jr" is the story of Ti Moune (Hailey Nitti), a poor peasant girl who falls in love with Daniel (Samuel Mancini), an upper class boy from the other side of the island. While the fantastical Gods who rule the island, "Erzulie" Love (Madison Kelly), "Asaka" Earth (Ainsley Hipp), "Agwe" Water (Steven Brickman) and "Papa Ge" Death (Ryan Mancini), may have allowed the lives of the young lovers to intersect, it is Ti Moune who must test the
strength of her love against the powerful forces of prejudice, hatred and death.
