Jan. 16: Sunday Brunch, a Celebration Remembrance and One Last Act

1. The East End Voter Coalition is hosting a this afternoon. At 3:00, at the , Natacha Volchy, a guidance counselor at Riverhead High School, will speak as the keynote speaker. Admission is free.

2. Jamesport Manor Inn is hosting a brunch late this morning, from 11:30 to 1:30 this afternoon, in honor of Ryan Hautsch. The will celebrate Ryan's life, with proceeds going toward the Ryan Hautsch Scholarship Fund. The cost is $30 per adult, $20 per teen, and $12 per child under age 12.

4. "Mere Child's Play" columnist April Pokorny returns from a brief hiatus today with her newest column on taking a trip to recently-opened Grangebel Park.
