10 New Year's Parties

 2010 is coming to a close and it is time to celebrate the previous year and the year to come. Check out these local events and parties where you can count down to the new year!

1.

Greenport Village's Holiday Celebration will ring in the new year with explosion in the sky at Mitchell Park and Marina. This is a family friendly celebration! Bundle up and bring blankets and hot cocoa and enjoy the count down with fireworks! 631-477-2200.

Begin your night by dining at the hotel's restaurant with a five course Prixe Fixe dinner from 6- 9 p.m. for $72 per person. Then venture to The Indigo Ballroom to partake in "New Year's Eve at the Indigo Jazz Lounge." For $125 per person guests will be able to listen to vocalist Gail Storm and her quartet and be able to indulge in a premium open bar, a raw bar, and more.
