Riverhead Beverage: This Osborn Avenue shop offers a wide variety of beers, from the popular domestics to obscure microbrews to local beers on tap for growler re-fills.

Peconic Bay Medical Center: One of Riverhead's largest employers, this hospital at the intersection of Route 58 and Roanoke Avenue has been around since 1951.
