Businesses Sought For East End Employment Expo
Employers are invited to register for the East End Employment Expo, which takes place in May.
Good news for individuals looking for a job: The Riverhead Chamber of Commerce and the Riverhead Industrial Development Agency have once again joined forces to host the East End Employment Expo for Riverhead and the surrounding areas.
The event will be held on Tuesday, May 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sea Star Ballroom, adjacent to the Long Island Aquarium & Exhibition Center.
The Chamber of Commerce is currently taking reservations from local businesses.
Riverhead-based employers and members of the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce and certified businesses in the Suffolk County Empire Zone seeking employees are invited to participate for free.
All other companies are welcome to participate for a nominal fee or have the option of joining the Chamber of Commerce.
Space is limited; registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The final deadline for all participants is May 14. Those seeking employment are not requested to pre-register.
At the event, potential hires are asked to sign in for informational purposes; they will then be provided with a list of companies exhibiting with a list of positions they are seeking to fill.
