Forgotten East End Businesses Focus of Trade Show

New show offers support to local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Often forgotten East End businesses will be in the spotlight on Wednesday at the Hotel Indigo East End at a first annual East End trade show and networking mixer.

Trade East End is a new business-to-business trade show geared toward supporting the East End business community and entrepreneurs and promoting future growth.

The event, which takes place on Wednesday from 2 p.m. till 9 p., aims to provide networking opportunities and resources, as well as offer local business owners information on new business trends, products and services.

Entrepreneurs expected to attend include John J. Tunney, III of Besito & Ballo of Mohegan Sun, John Bozek, Vice President of Small Business Lending for LI Community Development Corporation of Long Island, and Erin Nicosia of the American Cheese Shop in Sayville, all of whom will address attendees at an Entrepreneur Focused Breakout Center at 4 p.m.

The show will feature educational breakout sessions, 50 plus exhibitors and a networking mixer.
