Sound Avenue restaurant to hold auction Nov. 15.
The , a seafood restaurant on Sound Avenue, will be auctioned off with the retail space behind the restaurant known as Baiting Hollow Commons.
The property for sale includes the restaurant and retail space, measured at approximately 6,000-square feet, as well as the restaurant equipment.
The auction will be run by real estate auctioneers Sheldon Good and Company.

The restaurant name is not for sale, as the owners — the Terry family — currently operate .

Individuals interested in purchasing the Lobster Roll property can survey the site prior to the auction from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following dates: Oct. 25, Oct. 28, Nov. 1, Nov. 4, Nov. 8 and Nov. 11. Sealed bids are due by Nov. 15 at 5 p.m.
