Long Ireland Signs Distribution Deal

Contract with Clare Rose will allow Pulaski Street brewers to focus more on making beer than selling and distributing it.

According to an article on the Riverhead News-Review, local mirobrewery recently signed on with the biggest ditribution company on Long Island, Clare Rose.

The report states that the deal, which starts March 1, will hand over marketing and distribution responsibilities to the company, freeing up co-owners Dan Burke and Greg Martin to focus more time on their product.

The deal also gets Fred Keller - the "guy who does everything" at Long Ireland, according to Burke - into the Pulaski Street brewery full-time as an assistant brewer.
