New Liquor Store Opens In Peconic Plaza
The new business had its grand opening last week.
There's a new liquor store in Riverhead, located in the Peconic Plaza, next to the a check cashing business.
The new shop, named "Wines & Liquor," opened last week, according to staff, and features a wide selections of wines and spirits.
A banner stretched across the front of the store advertises, "Bigger Selection & Lower Prices."
Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
The store is the second wine and spirits business to open this season: Another new liquor store opened on West Main Street in Riverhead in May.
