A special beer will feature Wading River hops.
Representatives from the were out bright and early in Wading River on Tuesday, picking fresh hops from Condzellas Farm to be used in a new local beer that was brewed later that afternoon.
Greg Martin, co-owner of the Long Ireland Beer Company said would utilize only local hops.
