Microbrewers Greg Martin and Dan Burke of Long Ireland Beer Company opened the doors of their tasting room on Friday afternoon for the first time, welcoming close to 100 guests at their Pulaski Street facility on their opening day.
The two started working on the facility last fall and will continue to roll with the punches any fledgling business comes upon along the way.
"It is a milestone, and a benchmark for us," said Burke. "But another six or eight things are on my to-do list that weren't there before. It's problems — but it's good problems."
