Dense Fog Advisory In Effect Until Midnight Monday

The National Weather Service warns travel conditions are hazardous.

The National Weather Service issued an urgent weather message Monday regarding dense fog conditions that were expected to remain in effect until midnight.

Dense fog was forecast, with visibility expected to be one quarter mile or less at times.

Hazardous travel conditions were expected due to reduced visibility, which could be one quarter mile or less at times.

The National Weather Service advised motorists to slow down and use high beam headlights, as well as leaving plenty of distance ahead of vehicles in case a sudden stop is necessary.
