Services Planned for Calverton Man Who Died in Crash

Charles Edwards died in a North Haven accident this week.

Funeral services for Charles F. Edwards, the Calverton resident will be held at the in Riverhead.

A wake will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, May 7. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. at the Mclaughlin Heppner Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Baiting Hollow Cemetery.

Edwards died on Thursday after a delivery truck he was driving for the Helen's Greenhouses & Flower in Aquebogue crashed head on into a tree in North Haven.
