Chamber Choir, Jazz Band and Chamber Orchestra make a trip to Disney Performance Arts on Stage.
Three Riverhead High School musical groups made a trip to Disney last weekend to partake in Disney Performance Arts on Stage.
Members of the Chamber Choir, Jazz Band and Chamber Orchestra all got a taste of the limelight, performing at the Epcot Center's Melody Gardens on Friday.
One member – Taylor Burgess – even auditioned for American Idol, being one of 14 chosen from hundreds to make the final round.

“The students worked very hard to get to this point. They should be very proud of themselves," said Band Director Jason Rottkamp.
