Police Arrest Three in East End Drug Task Force Bust

Delores Avenue home raided on Wednesday; defendants charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.

Three Riverhead residents were arrested on Wednesday at a home on Delores Avenue in an East End Drug Task Force sting, according to police.

Venable Booker and Roger Gregory, who both live at the home at 759 Delores Ave., and Rose Hudak, a Harrison Avenue resident, were all arrested on charges of criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.

According to police reports, all three subjects were taken without incident during a narcotics search warrant, executed early Wednesday morning.

All three were arraigned at Riverhead Town Justice Court and transported to the Suffolk County Jail.

Bail for Gregory and Hudak was set at $1,000 cash and bail for Booker at $2,000, according to court reports. A court clerk reported that Booker is due back in court on June 13, Hudak on June 14, and Gregory on June 22.
