Question of the Day: What's the Best Local Golf Course?
From Swan Lake in Manorville to Long Island National in Northville there are more than a few places to get out for 18 in Riverhead.
This question is being written as I'm limbering up to play 18 holes on Saturday morning. But having lived in Riverhead for only a year, I have yet to play.
The question today is: what is the best local golf course?
The private, hidden Friar's Head Golf Course in Baiting Hollow had at least one blogger calling it "home of the best golf in the world." If any locals have played it and can attest, I'm wondering if I should try and find someone who's a member!
