Weekend Guide: High School Artists, Live Music, and Grease Jr. Returns

Take a look at what's going on around Riverhead this weekend.

1. The Middle School Masques continue their presentation of this weekend. Friday night, the show starts at 7 p.m. Saturday's show - the last one - begins at 2 p.m. Admission is $10 at the door. For some behind-the-scenes photos from opening night, ย 

2. To the history buffs out there, drop by the Riverhead Free Library on Saturday and check out author Adam Matthew Grohman talk about his book,

3. Any Journey fans out there? ย is continuing its "tribute series" on Saturday with "" a cover band of the arena rock band from the 70s and 80s. Tickets are $10 and include a glass of wine. The show starts at 7 p.m.

4. Saturday night marks the fourth annual concert, held to benefit Maureen's Haven. The admission of $25 includes a meal, and a raffle, auction, and Chinese auction will all be held at the event, which starts at 6 p.m. at the Polish Hall. Live music and cash bar.

5. Saturday marks the opening reception for some of the East End's best high school artists. At the , paintings, sculptures, mixed media works, and more will be featured as the reception starts at 5 p.m. Riverhead High School is sending nine artists. The exhibition will run through Feb. 25.
