Center for Creative Retirement-Today's Schedule

The Center for Creative Retirement (CCR) meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, mornings from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and afternoons from noon to 1 p.m. Retirees seeking an intellectual challenge and social engagement will find in the program just what they are seeking.

Each day brings a fresh perspective on some topic that the members have chosen as part of the syllabus. CCR volunteers research and present the topics. As a member, you can look forward to a rich tapestry of new facts and perspectives.

CCR's week concludes on Thursday October 31 with Director Billy Wilder's 1960 film, "The Apartment."  Starring Jack Lemmon, Shirley McLaine, and Fred MacMurray, the film is a classic.  After the film, over a brown-bag lunch, we will hear what went on during production and discuss what our impressions of the film are.  Starting at 10 a.m., we adjourn at 1 p.m.
