Chutney Cooking Class

For the first class in the year-long "Preserving the Harvest" series presented by A Taste of the North Fork and Hallockville, participants will learn about chutneys while preparing their own in this hands-on class. These exotic yet versatile condiments spice up winter dishes and this class will feature "English-style" winter fruit and wine and spicy cilantro chutneys. Enjoy samples and lean more about their South Asian origins. Leave with two jars of your very own to take home and enjoy. Advance registration required, $35/$25 members, plus $8 materials fee. This class will be held at a commercial kitchen facility in Cutchogue, exact address provided at registration.
