NAMI Family to Family Mental Health Education Program
FREE to family members, partners and friends of individuals with
Major Depression,Bipolar Disorder( Manic Depression ) Schizophrenia
& Schizo affective Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder,Panic
Disorder & Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Co-occurring Brain
Disorders & Addictive Disorders. This course will cover information
about mental illness; coping skills such as handling crisis, problem
solving skills, recovery & rehabilitation; & self-care around
