The Herbal Garden with Heather Cusack

The Peconic Land Trust continues its herb series with the herb garden in full bloom now.  With a focus on various plants as they flower and go to seed, you’ll learn the basics of using herbs for salves, tinctures and teas that benefit various systems in the human body. Program is led by certified biology teacher Heather Cusack, an organic grower, and herbalist for many years who apprenticed with Avena Botanicals and Deb Soule of Rockport, Maine.
