Peconic Bay Seeks Nominations for Physician of the Year

The annual prize is awarded to an "extraordinary physician ... nominated by you, the community."

The Peconic Bay Medical Center will soon name its 2011 Physician of the Year, but they can't make a decision without your help.

The annual Physician of the Year prize is awarded to an "extraordinary physician" nominated by the community for recognition, according to an email from the hospital.

You can nominate a physician by contacting the hospital by email. The hospital asks that patients or their loved ones who nominate a physician include "personal anecdotes, observations, and experiences" about their nominee.
