Please bring Spike home.

Please share...
Lost on May 22, 2014 at night. 10 month old Pitbull, about 50 lbs, GRAY(blue) AND WHITE. He dug under the fence on Sound Shore Road in Jamesport, Long Island. Last  sighting was the day after, near the Northville tanks.
'Spike' has a black collar with a small, round Islander (hockey) tag and also a blue veterinarian tag.
He may still have a slight shaved spot on the back of his head from a recent MRI and also possibly still one on a front leg. Spike is very sweet but has been missing for 12 days now and is likely cold, scared, hungry and disoriented.
This dear puppy needs daily seizure medication so please help us find him. My daughter, his Mom..is heartbroken.
We've registered Spike with every shelter/rescue we can think of, socialmedia, etc...now we need your help to save this little guy from harm...
My wish is for my daughter Alex, to get him back, safely.
This young woman gives and gives to people so selflessly. In fact, last week, she was on Northville tpke ( I believe) in Riverhead and saw cars coming to astop to let two dogs cross the road. Bothpit bulls and one was just like Spike. Alex called to them, the brown one ran away but the gray and white ran to her with tail wagging and jumped into her car. Unfortunately, he was older and bigger than Spike but would not leave her car, so she called the police to help get him out. She followed the police to the Riverhead shelter and asked if they needed anything. She then went and purchased 2 more chew bones (they were short by 2), and food. I can't imagine how heartbroken she must've been to learn that the pup brought in to the Riverhead shelter this past Saturday wasn't Spike...if anyone deserves her boy back...it's my daughter. She's an amazingly good-hearted young woman...and I couldn't be prouder to have her as my daughter.
Please, if you're near the Brookhaven shelter or any others...please take a look for us and if you could please put an article in the Patch regarding Spike, we'd be so appreciative. Alexandra deserves so much more, being the kind of young woman  she is.  Please help her...between The Patch and the Community, let's bring Spike back to his 'mom'...please?
Thank you for your help.
