3 Nabbed for DWI in Riverside/Flanders Sunday

All were held for arraignment in Southampton Town Justice Court.

Three men were cuffed after cops said they were caught driving drunk in Riverside and Flanders Sunday.

James Bennett, 25, of Flanders, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. on Flanders Road and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, a felony, Southampton Town police said.

Police also arrested Margarito Morales, 35, of Riverhead at 1:45 a.m on Lake Avenue in Riverside. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and other vehicle and traffic violations. 

Finally, Francisco Moctezuma, 47, of East Hampton was arrested at 4:55 a.m. on Flanders Road in Flanders and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. 

All were held for arraignment in Southampton Town Justice Court.
