Bar Brawl Leads to Hospitalization in Southampton

On Sunday, May 18, at about 7:07 p.m. the Southampton Town Police were called to the Boardy Barn in Hampton Bays to arrest Gabriel L Narvaez, 24, of Southampton.

Narvaez, who had been drinking at the bar was involved in a fight with another man causing him to fall and hit his head, police said.

The victim required medical attention. He was transported to the hospital by the Hampton Bays Volunteer Ambulance.

Narvaez was charged with assault, a misdemeanor. He was taken to the Southampton Town Police department for processing and released on an appearance ticket for a later court date.

And another thing, Chris. You insinuate that I haven't done my research...here is a link DIRECTLY to the warrant page, since you are probably to derelict to figure out how to acquire the information on google. http://www.town.east-hampton.ny.us/DocumentsPDF/Police/WarrantLists/2014/EHTPDWarrantListJan312014.pdf Take a minute. Go. Read. Do you think I made the page up? Perhaps it's all a conpiracy against that fine young gentleman. LOL. Lawd no mama, they done did it! Lawd no! They probably didn't check for a warrant, genius. They have to run it through the computer... Although when he skips his court date on this matter, he will probably get another one. You're right, a mere assault charge. Nothing like the other charges like the DWIs, the suspended licenses, false impersonations, the unregistered handguns, possession and distribution charges. This was just an assault. Try telling that to the innocent man in the hospital and his loved ones. You loser! I think they fi'in to cook up some of dem grubs from the gubbamit, you best run on over for it too late.

Gabe was arrested last night again for throwing a glass at a girls face who works the door of a local night club in the hamptons. This could have been avoided if the police kept him locked up but they continue to let him go and cut deals with him. He is finally being held with a large bond in wainscott. He was pulled over driving with out a license and tried to use a fake name while fleeing the scene. I hope he finally stays in jail for a while so this does not continue to happen to people.

Oh look! A month goes by and this waste of humanity and threat to society gets arrested. AGAIN. For ASSAULTING A FEMALE AND CHIPPING HER TOOTH. Here is the link: http://easthamptonstar.com/Police/2014619/Assault-Alleged-Georgica-Bar-Incident?nocache=1#comment-form. WOW! You almost wish that someone could have seen this coming...could have had the Colombo-like detective skills to have discerned a pattern. Far be it from me to call anyone a moron for essentially allowing this to happen! Now where's "Chris" to remind us that having a past criminal record should have no bearing on anything! Isn't it what Dr. King marched on Washington for? A man's right to violently attack members of society and break any and all laws, endanger the lives of many, all while being able to remain free of the fear of every actually being taken to task and punshied for any of our crimes, no matter how many and no matter how violent? Southampton Police: I see he must be an informant of yours (I'm hoping actually, because otherwise you'd be guilty of just stupidity), but when is enough enough? Is the information he's giving you really worth it at this point when compared to what he is being able to get away with? I guess if it's not (or until it is) your family getting assaulted, etc., you're all good with his behavior? #scumofthearth
