Cops Charge Man With DWI In Riverside
Brentwood man was allegedly observed moving from his lane unsafely.
Southampton Town Police report that on Sunday at about 10:52 p.m. on Flanders Road in Riverside, Miguel A. Cruz, 21, of Brentwood, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as moving from a lane unsafely and unlicensed operation, both violations.
Police say Cruz was arrested after he was observed traveling on Flanders Road while allegedly failing to maintain his lane of traffic. He was stopped and allegedly found to be intoxicated.
Cruz was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for arrest processing and held for arraignment.
