Cops: Man Threatens to Stab Sister's Roommate

Southampton Town Police arrest reports from the past week.

• A 49-year-old Patchogue man was arrested on May 29 on a felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, as well as a misdemeanor second-degree menacing charge, after police said he threatened to stab his sister’s roommate. According to police reports, James Fox was involved in the incident on Albany Avenue in Flanders around 9:15 p.m. when a man reported being in fear of his own safety.

• Lee Zielenski, 38, of Mastic Beach, was arrested on June 1 around 11:50 p.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, after police said she was seen failing to keep her car in its lane of travel on Lake Avenue in Northampton. Accoridng to police reports, Zielenski was found to be intoxicated and also cited for not having a plate lamp and moving from her lane of travel unsafely.
