DWI
- Reinaldo Garcia, 32, of Shirley, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, on Sept. 13. Police said they observed Garcia driving erratically on Flanders Road in Hampton Bays at 3:01 p.m. and was unable to pass roadside sobriety tests.
Drug Arrest
- Vincent Braunskill, 40, of Riverhead, was arrested Sept. 14 at 10:11 p.m. on Flanders Road in Riverside. Cops say Braunskill was in possession of a small quantity of cocaine and a crack pipe. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor.
