Cops Seek Alleged Identity Thief

Police have released photos of a woman they say spent $500 using a stolen credit card

Riverhead Police asked for the public’s help to identify a woman who they said used a stolen credit card at several stores in Riverhead.

Police said the woman used the credit card at a CVS, King Kullen, Walgreen's, Starbucks and several gas stations in town, charging more than $500.

Authorities did not provide the stores' locations or the date of the crimes.

Anyone with information about these crimes is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. Police said they are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the suspect's arrest. All calls will be kept confidential.
