East End DWI Task Force Arrests 11 in Riverhead

Seven DWI arrests were made.

A new task force created by Suffolk County to target DWI offenders netted 11 arrests in Riverhead Town on Saturday night.

According to Riverhead Town Police, the East End DWI Task Force, created by Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota to target individuals who are driving while intoxicated, nabbed 11 offenders, including seven for DWI, on Saturday night.

Arrested and charged with DWI were Robert Farrell, 27, of Riverhead, Tim McCoy, 29, of Riverhead, Oscar Hernandez, 25, of Hampton Bays,  Dennis Marchese, 57, of Smithtown, Sandra Puccio, 60, of Cutchogue, Darren Graziano, 46, of Bessemer City, North Carolina, and Thomas Manigo, of Bridgehampton. 

Also arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs was Oshane Perkins, 18, of Riverhead. John Norris, 41, of Elizabeth, North Carolina was arrested and charged with having an outstanding warrant. Raquann Houpe, 22, of Patchogue, was arrested and charged wih criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, police said. 

One suspect that was also arrested was not identified by Riverhead Town Police on Sunday.
