Flanders Man Arrested For Alleged Drunk Driving, Unlicensed Driving
Police said the 24-year-old man was seen driving erratically on Flanders Road
A Flanders man was arrested and charged with drunk driving and other driving violations after Southampton police said he was seen driving erratically on Flanders Road on Oct. 29.
Julio Sebastian-Pedro, 24, of Riverhead, was charged with aggravated DWI, speeding, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and other vehicle and traffic violations, according to a police report.
Sebastian-Pedro was allegedly seen speeding on Flanders road around 8:05 a.m., police said. He was pulled over at Exit 66 on Sunrise Highway and was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was held for arraignment in the Southampton Town Justice Court.
