Flanders Man Charged With Aggravated DWI
Incident occurred on Flanders Road early Saturday morning.
Southampton Town Police arrested Jaime Perez-Mach, 27, of Flanders on Saturday morning at 3:27 a.m. and charged him with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Police say Perez-Mach was observed moving from his lane unsafely while traveling southbound on Flanders Road. Upon being stopped police say was observed to be in an intoxicated condition. Perez-Mach was held for arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court on Saturday morning
