A Flanders man was arrested on Middle Road and Northville Turnpike in the early hours of Sunday morning and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Riverhead Town Police said they arrested Benjamin Luc, 27, of Flanders at 3:12 a.m. on Sunday and charged him with driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, and failure to maintain lane.
