Flanders Woman Charged With Swiping Laptops
Defendant allegedly stole merchandise from Best Buy, police said.
A Flanders woman was charged with stealing laptops and a tablet, police said.
According to the Suffolk County Police Department, Alexis Fields, 37, of Flanders, was arrested March 25 in South Setauket and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Police arrested her at the corner of Route 347 and Mark Tree Road at 5:08 p.m., saying she had in her possession two stolen laptops and a tablet allegedly taken from Best Buy.
