Incident Reports: Couple Gets Frisky In the Woods

Public Lewdness

• On April 28, a woman who owns a house in Riverside told police that she saw a man and woman commit a sexual act in the woods outside her bathroom window. By the time the victim called 911, however, the two had left the property. Public lewdness is a class-B misdemeanor.

Attempted Robbery

• An East Hampton man was attacked, said police, April 25 in Riverside by two unknown males who knocked the victim to the ground, punched him and went through his pockets. Cops are searching for the two men who escaped the scene on foot. If caught, they face a felony charge of third-degree attempted robbery.

Petty Larceny

• On April 28, a Flanders woman reported that someone stole a Garmin GPS device from her car that was parked on Brookhaven Avenue. The missing GPS is worth $150.
