Southampton Town police reported arresting a Hampton Bays man in Riverside Tuesday and charging him with driving while intoxicated.
According to police, on Tuesday at 7:27 p.m. on Flanders Road in Flanders, officers arrested Andrew Kristiansen, 46, of Hampton Bays, after police said he was observed traveling southbound on Flanders Road.
He was stopped and found to be intoxicated, police said. Kristiansen was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was transported to Southampton Town police headquarters for processing and held for arraignment.
