Southampton police arrested a Flanders woman Tuesday night, charging that she left the scene of an accident without reporting it. According to police, Dorely Hernandez, 21, was in an accident around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Mecox Road and Montauk Highway in Water Mill, at which two people were reportedly injured.
