Riverhead Town police arrested Myles Caracciolo, 21, of Jamesport, and charged him with driving while intoxicated in Riverhead early Monday morning, authorities said.
According to police, Caracciolo was stopped on Main Road in Riverhead and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, at 4:16 a.m. Monday morning.
He was transported to the Riverhead Town police department, arraigned Monday morning at Riverhead Justice Court, and released on his own recognizance.
