Police Seek Help Locating Credit Card Thief

Local authorities are seeking the public’s help with identifying and locating a man who attempted to use a stolen credit card at a Medford store. 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are looking for the man who tried to use the card, which was stolen from a pocketbook left in a car in Manorville.

On June 4, a purse containing credit cards was stolen from an unlocked car parked at the horse stables in Manorville. A man attempted to use one of the stolen cards at a Target store in Medford. The suspect is described as a white or light-skinned Hispanic wearing a dark T-shirt with “Brazil” on the front, blue jeans, sneakers with green laces and a dark-colored baseball hat.
