Police: Two Arrested in McDonald's Disturbances
A woman was arrested for allegedly spitting in a manager's face, and a man was arrested and charged with trespassing.
Police arrested a Wheatley Heights woman and a homeless man in two separate incidents at a in Riverside last week.
A McDonald’s manager told Southampton Town Police that Trena Sullivan came in on Aug. 10 at around 7 a.m., ordered a meal and then fell asleep at a table. When the manager approached Sullivan to leave nearly three hours later, Sullivan screamed and spit in the woman’s face, according to police reports.
Police charged Sullivan with second-degree harassment, a violation. She was transported to police headquarters in Hampton Bays.

On Aug. 9, Vincent Odowd, 35, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.
After an incident on August 4, Odowd was told by McDonald’s employees never to return to the fast food joint, police said. But early Friday morning, he allegedly returned to the McDonalds property, yelling and screaming, and threw himself into the landscaping. He also made an obscene gesture at a 52-year-old McDonald’s manager, according to police reports.
