On Sunday, April 27, Tomasz Zalewski, 25 of Riverhead was arrested for Criminial Possession of a Controlled Subsance 7th, a Misdemeanor. Zalewski was also arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was found to be in possession of Suboxone--outside its original container and without a prescscription--which is a violation of public health law as it was out of the ultimate users original container, a Violation of the Public Health Law.
He was arrested at the scene, transported to police headquarters for processing, and released on an appearance ticket.
